**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Property Manager for our affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents. This role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, resident relations, and property maintenance oversight, with a strong focus on compliance with affordable housing regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations related to affordable housing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy levels while adhering to affordable housing guidelines.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective responses to repair requests and routine maintenance needs.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere by hosting resident events, addressing concerns, and maintaining open communication with tenants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of affordable housing laws and industry trends to ensure community remains in compliance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any potential issues.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a property manager, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
