**Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician**

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all repair and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a maintenance or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform light to moderate repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
