Location: Winslow, Indiana

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Winslow, Indiana property. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.

This position is currently part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as operational needs grow. The successful candidate will help maintain the property's buildings, grounds, equipment, and overall safety while providing timely and professional maintenance services to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable grounds and exterior areas.

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance.

• Complete general carpentry, repairs, installations, and other maintenance projects.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service logs.

• Monitor, order, and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

• Identify safety concerns and report maintenance issues requiring additional attention.

• Work independently and collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience or experience in a related field.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Must have basic hand tools necessary to perform routine maintenance duties.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building repairs.

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical certifications, or technical training are a plus but are not required.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
