Overview

We are seeking a dependable and organized professional to support the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property portfolio on a part-time basis. In this role, you will help maintain smooth property operations, support residents or tenants, coordinate vendors, and contribute to a positive and well-managed property experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and help ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents, tenants, owners, and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, inspections, and vendor scheduling as needed.
• Monitor property conditions and communicate issues requiring attention.
• Assist with lease administration, move-in and move-out coordination, and related documentation.
• Support rent collection, invoicing, and basic recordkeeping when applicable.
• Help track budgets, expenses, and property-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with property policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate files, logs, and communication records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, facilities, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and responsibly.
• Comfortable using common office software and property management tools.
• Basic understanding of lease administration, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
• Problem-solving skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
